L5 Condos is the place to learn about condominiums in the colonies being built at L5, discover your purchase options, and to buy one(s) that will suit your needs.
We are offering residential and commercial condominiums for sale in the first colony built at L5, as outlined on the L5 Development Group Web site (a work in progress), with occupancy circa 2050. Reservations can be secured by a down payment as stated below.
NB: The first 100 residential units are being offered at a substantial discount in the reservation price. Once this first offering has been sold out, there will be a dramatic increase in the down payment required to reserve additional living units. (Current projections indicate reservation down payments will be in the $1-$25 million (USD) range, depending on the size of the condo.)
One bedroom, one bath units will be approximately 1100 sq. ft. (102 sq. meters)
floor space, with a living/dining room, kitchen, laundry/utility room, plenty
of closets and all service connections.

Two bedroom, one and half bath units will be approximately 1400 sq. ft. (130 sq.
m) floor space, including a living/dining room, kitchen with attached pantry,
laundry/utility room, plenty of closets, and all service connections.
Special Offer: Down payment $20,000
Three bedroom, two bath units will be approximately 1800 sq. ft. (167 sq. m),
with separate living and dining rooms, kitchen, pantry, laundry/utility room,
lots of closets, and all service connections.
Special Offer: Down payment $30,000
Baseline specifications for four to six bedroom living units will be
forthcoming in the near future.

Other sizes and arrangements will be available on request.
Specifications (sizes, layouts and other attributes) for commercial condominiums
that will be offered for retail shops, offices, small manufacturing, etc. are
negotiable: They can be adjusted to meet the customer's needs.
